1. Permitted Platform Use
Khelbo provides instant, zero-install WebAssembly and WebGL execution environments for educational, retro preservation, and entertainment purposes. You agree to use the service only through standard web browsers without injecting malicious payloads, exploiting server endpoints, or launching denial-of-service traffic.
2. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All game titles, character assets, logos, and registered trademarks displayed on Khelbo belong exclusively to their respective publishers, developers, and rights holders (e.g., Rockstar Games, Mojang Studios, Electronic Arts, Bandai Namco, SEGA). Khelbo is an independent web application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these entities.
3. Save State Sandboxing
Game progress and save states generated during your sessions are stored client-side in your personal browser storage. Khelbo is not liable for data loss resulting from clearing your browser cache, browser upgrades, or browser private/incognito mode closures.
4. Disclaimers of Warranties
The platform, games, and WebAssembly cores are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain responsive hardware-accelerated performance and dependable edge uptime, Khelbo makes no express guarantees regarding compatibility with outdated hardware or unstable network connections.
5. Termination & Modification
